On May 10, 2007 I got to play with one of my

classmates on the playground after visiting day

activities were done. It was a wonderful 26 and

sunny.

Drake's was about an elephant:
I woke up this morning, astounded to find
my long trunk in a knot.
I know it must be to remind me, to remember
something I forgot.
But though I've been thinking all morning.
I haven't remembered it yet.
Still I'm sure I'll think of it soon.
Because elephants never forget.

This was Drake's 4th Birthday, celebrated at Odell Park in Fredericton.

Drake's family

Drake was born on July 02, 2002 as a Grand Nephew to Thomas Paul McIntyre. Due to circumstances beyond anyones control, he was offered a s a foster child to Thomas & his bride to be, Deborah Anne DeChamp. They were wed on May 7, 2004, day before Mother's Day that year.

Drake was adopted by Thomas (Paul) & Deborah (Debi) on September 19, 2004.

Drake has been able to stay with his bio-logical family. He has a little brother (bio-logical) James Lloyd McIntyre Lord who was adopted by his new family on December 09, 2005.

Drake loves to see James on his family's blog and now Drake can share his news too.

Someday the boys will meet again, they did for a brief time in 2005.
